About This Piece
Presented is a significant example of Streamline design: a heavy-gauge chrome Art-deco Zeppelin-form cocktail shaker. Vintage barware is the epitomy of this style. It captures the 'Machine Age' obsession with aviation and aerodynamic speed, featuring the classic dirigible silhouette supported by three architectural fins and functional rotating wheels.
Unlike lightweight modern reproductions, this vintage piece has a substantial, high-quality heft and a brilliant chrome finish. The interior is clean with a built-in strainer and a precision-fit 'nose cone' cap.
This shaker is quality, such as a boutique metalwork piece. A high-end barware of the beginning to mid-20th century. A perfect centerpiece for a Moody Museum or Industrial bar collection.
