Overview This website is operated by The Relic Detail. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Relic Detail. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Vintage & Antique Condition Due to the historic, vintage, and antique nature of the items sold on our site, products naturally possess age-appropriate wear, patina, character marks, or minor imperfections. We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, and dimensions for each piece. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that items are sold in vintage condition unless otherwise explicitly noted.

Section 2 - Accuracy of Information While we strive for complete accuracy, occasionally information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 - Products & Inventory Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or available in strictly limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 4 - Order Modifications & Cancellations We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Section 5 - Shipping & Liability Once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for items pass to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, or damage occurring in transit, though we will assist you in filing a carrier claim where applicable.

Section 6 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
